I’d taken my vehicle to 2 other shops that charged me and didn’t fix the issue. L&M finally diagnosed and fixed the issue. The were timely and courteous, very professional and kind. And a pretty reasonable price considering I was already in 800 bucks on other shops that did not fix the issue. Was done in 2 days. Wonderful communication and the wonderful guy at the desk managed to find a coupon to apply for me. All in all, I would highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs. Taking my other son’s car there shortly for some work.

I had an incredible experience at this auto shop! From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with genuine care, honesty, and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and they never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t actually need. That alone already set them apart from so many other places.

I worked with Alex with some very serious issues on my vehicle! He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to explain all the ins and outs to me and what it would take to get my car back on the road! I will definitely be back to L&M and Alex specifically with any further car repairs.

First visit to L&M, and they did an excellent job to fix my Jeeps issues getting me in and out in one day as it’s my only transportation. Pricing was fair, and they found and fixed another issue while it was there. Will definitely be back when car trouble rears its ugly head again, and we all know it will. Good to have a place I can trust. Thanks L&M!

The back opening on my SUV would not stay up when opened. The front hood had the same issue. L&M Auto had the parts ordered & made the repairs while I waited. They got me in fairly quickly to have my oil changed. I appreciated the service and the no hassle trying to make you do more work than is necessary! They did provide any issues that you may want to consider concerning your vehicle on the receipt. Much appreciated! Employees were friendly and helpful.

Excellent service! My car was broken into and damaged- this was my first time dealing with something like that and L&M guided me through the repair process kindly and speedy. Fast, courteous, reasonable price, I was surprised with how quickly they got me in and out. I highly recommend them. Replaced serpentine belt, water pump, and thermostat. Had me back on the road in less than a day from the initial inquiry call!

Just had my Grand Caravan in for it's 100000 mile checkup and maintenance. Also had some front end work , tie rods, front end alignment etc. All done in a day and they are very clear as too what and when repairs need to be done, then show you photos and quotes so you can pick and choose and ok the work right on the app. L&M is hands down the Best independent auto shop in Wichita! And as I always tell my friends and acquaintances, if you take your car or truck to anywhere else you take a chance on not getting it done correctly and paying too much! I've been using their services for all my vehicles for over 12 years and I have never been dissatisfied.
